Body Part Specific

Everyone has a body part they would like to see change or develop.  Even though you can not target fat loss you can work certain muscle groups to help achieve muscle definition and strength.  Here are some workouts I have compiled that I reference when wanting to work out a specific body part or group of muscles.  Some of them are fun, some intended for light days, and some are just butt kickers … literally!
