Finding time to workout can often be a difficult task in our busy lives!  These anytime workouts are a great way to burn extra calories during the day, try one during any free moment you have.

Below you will find a collection of workouts I have put together that I call Anytime Workouts.  These circuit workouts require zero equipment and can be done just about anywhere you find yourself with a few extra minutes.

I have created beginner, intermediate, and advanced workouts so no matter your fitness ability you will find something you can do!  If you do not like all the exercises within one workout…mix and match!

These circuit workouts can be done only once or you can choose to repeat them as recommended to maximize your results.

Bottom line is we CAN find time to workout during our busy day, even if it is while we are making dinner, cleaning the house, putting away laundry, on our lunch break at work, or standing at the copier machine.  We often forget that there is “idle” time that could, and should, be maximized.
