Working out is hard to do!  Most things that bring about positive results are!  Here are some links to workouts I have created or love to do.  It takes time to make working out a natural part of your day, something you miss if you don’t do it, and it is easy to fall off the “workout wagon” because life is busy!  When you fall off  just keep getting back on … I know I have had to a time or two!!
