Growing up in Maine I may have a predisposition to loving seafood … but I do LOVE it!  I am a fan of almost all seafood and eat it quite regularly.  Unfortunately, my husband is not the biggest fan (a Texas native) so most seafood focused meals are planned when he is away.

Seafood is not only high in essential nutrients, it is a fantastic food choice for individuals trying to lose weight and eat a healthy balanced diet!
