Fruit Recipes

In my adult years I have not been an avid fruit eater … but I am trying to get better at it.  Fruits are a source of many essential nutrients that we all need as part of a healthy diet.  These include potassium, dietary fiber, vitamin C, and folic acid just to name a few.  Fruits are low in fat and calories as well … enough to tell me I need to get better at eating them!
