It is true! Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. Eating a healthy, well balanced breakfast provides you energy to jump start your day and helps control hunger throughout the rest of the day. As a habitual breakfast skipper in the past, it took some work to actually make eating breakfast a habit. Now eating breakfast is something I do just about every morning. If I do skip it I will pay for it all day long!
